These efforts have delivered measurable impact: Our Responsible AI Agents, deployed across dozens of leading health systems, have, in 2024 alone, automated millions of patient interactions. This has saved more than 50 million agent minutes—equivalent to 95 years of restored productivity—while directly improving patient journeys and reducing wait times. At the same time, healthcare professionals have been able to focus more on patient care, alleviating administrative burdens.
Our industry leadership has not gone unnoticed. Recognition from top firms such as Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed, and Bessemer Venture Partners has validated our vision, while partnerships with visionaries like Healthier Capital have extended our reach. Industry analysts consistently rank Hyro among the leading healthcare AI agent providers, emphasizing our responsible AI framework and track record of successful implementations.
These achievements are reflected in our performance metrics: we’ve once again doubled both our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and team size. We’ve expanded our New York office to serve as our headquarters and customer-obsession hub. We’ve strengthened our relationships with strategic partners like Salesforce and Kyruus, creating integrated solutions that maximize value for both patients and healthcare organizations. We’ve fully embraced our core values, fostering a culture of delivery excellence within our team and for our partners (with my personal favorites “Persistence Prevails,” “Open Book no BS,” and “Embrace Speed, Stay Adaptive”).
What's Next?
Building on this foundation, 2025 will focus on three strategic advancements: First, we’ll transition from reactive to proactive AI agents, enabling automated outreach for appointment management, follow-up care, and more. Second, we’ll achieve unparalleled interoperability by integrating more deeply with telephony systems, EMRs, and platforms used throughout the patient journey. Third, we’ll continue strengthening human-centric control and explainability by providing real-time oversight of AI-patient interactions. While our AI agents will become more proactive than ever, we’ll ensure even greater control remains in the hands of decision-makers using them.
While 2024 has been our most successful year, we’re only getting started. The foundations we’ve built—our expanded team, enhanced platform, strengthened partnerships, and market recognition—set the stage for even greater impact ahead.
To our dedicated team and forward-thinking partners: your collaboration has been key to our success. As we look ahead to 2025, we remain committed to driving innovation in healthcare, meeting our customers where they are, and making a lasting impact on this incredible industry.
Here’s to an awesome year.
