What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a visionary leader with proven experience in B2B SaaS platforms. As the VP of product, you’ll be part of Hyro’s executive team, report to the CEO, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to impact the company’s growth trajectory with game-changing initiatives that drive results. You’d be responsible for managing a group of product managers and lead the development of Hyro’s product offerings, the ideation and creation of new features, the successful implementation of our product road map and continued execution all throughout the product life cycle.


  • Lead, manage and mentor the product department, including product managers and analysts, helping them improve their business impact and hit their OKRs.
  • Spearhead product strategy and execution by collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, sales, solutions and customer success.
  • Own the product roadmap, sprints, deployments, specs, and backlog.
  • Define, represent and communicate product strategy with executive management, board members, and other stakeholders
  • Specify market requirements by conducting market research, supported by ongoing interaction with customers, translating customer pain points into technical solutions
  • Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy customer needs.


  • 4+ years of experience managing a team of product managers
  • 6+ years of B2B product management experience in a SaaS company
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • Experience working in fast-growing startups
  • Experience in working with large customers and working with global sales and services teams and organizations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details
  • Experience with AI / NLP - advantage
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations - advantage
  • B.S. and an advanced degree in a technical field - advantage
