You thrive off of empowering your team to hit targets, while achieving individual targets too. You’re ready to build up a team of BDRs to become adept salespeople, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations through LinkedIn, email or (dare we say it) cold calls.   • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at key accounts in order to book sales demos and influence company revenue
  • Empower the BDR Team to drive sales growth and pipeline through generating SQLs for Account Executives
  • Hold 1:1s with the BDR team to work on individual training and coaching
  • Maintain daily reports & KPIs, monitor individual performance and report on key funnel metrics for our global BDR team
  • Understand the nuances between verticals within our ideal customer profile segments and A/B test our messaging and cadences via HubSpot
  • Develop a bespoke training curriculum specific to the BDR team and assist with delivery
  • Support current and future recruitment, growth, and onboarding of the BDR team
  • Leverage buyer intent data to prioritize outreach across key verticals
  • Build out strong sales processes for both inbound and outbound lead generation and nurture

 Requirements – Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales
  • Native or near-native level of English
  • SAAS and/or B2B experience
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant fields
  • CRM/Salesforce experience – an advantage
  • Knowledge about Conversational AI – an advantage
