About The Role
You’re going to be a force in the business world, and understand that becoming a BDR is the best possible foundation to start with. You’re hungry, an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations through LinkedIn, email or a (dare we say it) cold call. Nothing scares you, including the C-Suite. You are capable of prospecting using data and personalization, initiating key conversations that lead to meetings and ultimately growth and revenue for Hyro. Your ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections is top notch, and you promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Finally, you enjoy building – you like to actively participate in the development of our sales processes and the articulation of our value proposition through the creation of content.
