About The Role

You are revenue-focused and results-driven, always delivering repeatable and profitable pipeline through actionable data, like buyer intent and lead scoring. You thrive off of empowering your team to hit targets, while achieving individual targets too. You’re ready to help lead a team of BDRs to become adept salespeople and marketers, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations through event marketing, LinkedIn, email or (dare we say it) cold calls. Finally, you enjoy building – you like to actively participate in the development of our sales and marketing operations and the articulation of our value proposition. Does this sound like you?   • Become an expert on our clients and prospects in order to develop world-class field marketing and events programs as Hyro evolves
  • Use account-based marketing infrastructure to create targeted account lists and engagement strategy for BDRs, usually centered around events 
  • Organize and host online and in-person events that create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing ones and deepen customer relationships
  • Partner with leading trade associations and organizations, including CHIME, NASCIO and Israeli Export Institute to create unique sponsorship opportunities
  • Manage our lean events budget and optimize for value/ROI
  • Work with VP Marketing and sales team to align event budgets and execution to audience and segment growth objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for all aspects of event management including: content creation, audience development, messaging, vendor relations, production, and logistics
  • Own the experience we offer prospects from brief to booth, ensuring that our brand identity comes through across event touchpoints
  • Align events strategy to an integrated marketing calendar, including touchpoints with paid media, content and social marketing, and major launch announcements
  • Be open to travel required (~15%)

 Requirements – Experience

  • 3-5+ years experience in field or event marketing
  • Experience with account-based marketing programs
  • Experience with team management in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working at a B2B technology company, preferably SaaS
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and manage by influence
  • Experience working with datasets and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) to drive fast decision making
  • Open to light travel for conferences and events
  • Native or near-native level of English
  • Experience with healthcare, real estate, government industries – an advantage
  • Experience with conversational technologies – an advantage
