Responsibilities

  • Build and grow our HR and recruitment functions to serve our employees and support our overall growth
  • Manage our career portals including Hyro.ai, Glassdoor, Monster and LinkedIn
  • Help with budgeting, salary considerations and compensation plans regarding new hires
  • Own initiatives in areas such as communications, talent recruitment, performance management, training/ onboarding, people engagement, and career development
  • Manage our Office Admin to energize employee relations (offsites, employee experiences, swag) and help strengthen our culture as we scale
  • Define and collaborate with department leads regarding employee training and career development
  • Provide guidance to leaders and managers by offering thoughtful coaching and mentoring
  • Be an integral part of driving company growth through creative recruitment tactics, in coordination with Marketing


 Requirements – Experience

  • 2-4+ years experience as an HR Manager/ HR Business Partner in the hi-tech industry or similar
  • Experience with recruitment via LinkedIn and other mediums, particularly for technical roles
  • Strong ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • Experience in educating and coaching employees
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and following and maintaining workplace privacy
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety and workplace privacy laws
  • Competency in Microsoft including Word, Excel or G-suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Experience in a startup environment/scaling teams - an advantage
