What Are We Looking For?

If you're a student with at least one year left in your studies and seeking a part-time position (minimum 50% commitment), this opportunity is perfect for you! We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition associate to join our growing global team of SuperHyros. We are looking for a team player with a dynamic personality, exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in English that can work with multi-cultural departments spanning Tel Aviv, New York, and beyond. Reporting to the VP of HR, you'll play a vital role in Hyro’s recruiting efforts. 

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate on developing effective hiring processes adopted company-wide.
  • Contribute our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company (global) with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team
  • Think and act with a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes
  • Working closely with Hyro’s business leadership
  • Take part in designing Hyro's future culture, employer branding and values

Requirements

  • Student with at least 1 year remaining in studies (part-time position, minimum 50% commitment). BA in Psychology, Sociology, Management, or any relevant field - advantage. 
  • Professional Level in English and Hebrew.
  • Prior experience in recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal & oral communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems is advantageous.
