Responsibilities

  • Maintain tracking parameters and tagging for all necessary digital and offline activities to ensure proper full-funnel tracking and measurement from Google Analytics to Hubspot to Salesforce
  • Own our marketing automation platform (Hubspot) at the administrative level, including regular system audits, synchronization with our CRM (Salesforce) and the implementation/upkeep of new/existing integrations
  • Contribute to the creation of effective email marketing and lead nurture campaigns, including ideation, execution and A/B testing of email automation
  • Leverage ABM platforms to help inform segmentation strategies for marketing and sales outbound and digital efforts
  • Help define the ‘metrics that matter’ and manage the process to package these measurements into dashboards and reports to measure performance of the marketing funnel and associated activities
  • Oversee regular list-segmentation and regular database maintenance
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Outbound Sales to ensure lead management processes are in place and used effectively
  • Manage Salesforce campaign hierarchy, ensuring best in class practices are leveraged for understanding ROI across all marketing channels
  • Take part in implementing marketing campaigns and activities including, building and maintaining nurture cadences, tracking and updating display and search campaigns, setting up email promotions, creating and maintaining processes around field activity tracking and more
  • Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition, and campaign activity and results utilizing Salesforce, Google Data Studio and marketing attribution platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing, agencies, sales and internal teams on related projects, and keep the project management tools organized (such as Asana, Monday.com or others) 

 Requirements – Experience

  • Professional written and spoken English - a must
  • 3+ years of marketing operations or demand generation experience, B2B SaaS company is a plus
  • 2+ years experience working with Salesforce as a (CRM) and Hubspot as the Marketing Automation Platform
  • 1+ years experience with email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Understanding and/or experience in Google Analytics and website management (WordPress, Webflow, etc)
  • Clear understanding of marketing processes including ABM, campaign planning, execution, A/B testing, and conversion metrics
  • Experience with Project Management tools, Google Suite, Monday, Notion and other tools — an advantage
  • Experience with Zoominfo, Outreach — an advantage
  • Familiarity with Wordpress / Webflow and html+CSS — an advantage
  • Knowledge in Google Tag Manager - an advantage
